We ship mainly within the United States. If shipping to your country is available, the rate is shown at checkout.
Processing time
Most items are made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays.
Delivery time
- Made-to-order items (wall art, pillows, blankets, flags, mugs): 3 to 8 business days after shipping.
- Warehouse items: 7 to 15 business days after shipping.
Each product page shows which applies. If an order contains both, items may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us at contact@horsxholdings.com.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 30 days. We'll work with the carrier and, if the package can't be found, send a replacement.
