When will my order ship?
Most items are made to order and leave our production partner within 2 to 5 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Within the United States, delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days after shipping. Some decor items ship from our partner warehouses and may take 7 to 15 business days; the expected time is shown on the product page.
Is it safe to pay on this website?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify with encrypted, secure payment. You can pay with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. We never see or store your full card number.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because many items are made just for you, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After production starts we can't change or cancel the order.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship mainly within the United States. If shipping to your country is available, you will see the rate at checkout.
